• Introduction:

  These terms regulate the use of the GEMA platform, owned by GEMAPLAN SL. By accessing and using the service, the user accepts these conditions.

• Description of the Service:

  GEMA is a tool approved and configured by the specialist or clinician, who provides the sources of information and trains GEMA on how to respond. GEMA offers post-consultation support, protocol management and recommendations for “over-the-counter” or parapharmacy products. GEMA is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.

  In addition, GEMAPLAN SL owns several eCommerce platforms, and GEMA can offer patients the option of purchasing and receiving recommended products directly at their home.

• User Obligations:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Understand and consent to your specialist or clinic sharing the necessary information with GEMA to receive personalized support.
  • Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these conditions.
  • refrain from attempting to access the system in an unauthorized manner.

• Limitation of Liability:

  GEMAPLAN is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect use of the platform.
  • Clinical decisions made solely on the basis of GEMA recommendations.
  • Technical failures unrelated to GEMAPLAN.

• Payment Terms (if applicable):

  For services with a fee, payments must be made within the established deadlines. GEMAPLAN can suspend access in the event of non-payment.

• Dispute Resolution:

  This contract is governed by Spanish law and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pontevedra.
